Our Story

The Christian Labour Association is an association based on Christian principles of helping each other to succeed in life. The Association has helped hundreds of Ghanaians who had very low or no income to get good, high paying jobs both in Ghana and abroad through our training and recruitment programs, thus helping them to greatly improve their own lives and that of their families.

Our focus now is on training programs for candidates to gain skills, or to improve or add to their present skills, that will allow them to increase their potential for success in obtaining positions in job markets both here in Ghana and abroad. Our mission is to give committed candidates an opportunity to acquire, enhance, sharpen and understand their true potential in life through training programs relevant to their vision in life.

NVTI was set up in Ghana by the International Labour Organization (ILO), and its standards for training and certification are regulated by ILO standards. COTVET is a national body set up by an act of parliament in Ghana to coordinate and oversee all aspects of technical and vocational education and training in the country.
